I designed a post-purchase tracking system for multiple brand sites, including Sealy, Tempur-Pedic, Tempur-Pedic Outlet, Cocoon, and Stearns & Foster. This system keeps e-commerce customers informed at every stage of their order—from manufacturing to delivery—enhancing their experience while reducing uncertainty.
Customers often felt left in the dark about their order status, leading to high call and chat volumes.
